Customer Photo and Media Release

This permission is voluntary. You can decline without affecting your cleaning service, price, eligibility, or access to customer support. Ordinary acceptance of the Neat N Tidy Terms of Service is not consent to public advertising use.

2. Media covered by this release

Only the selected media is authorized. Neat N Tidy should keep a copy of the approved media or a durable identifier with this release.

3. Approved advertising channels

☐ Neat N Tidy social-media accounts

☐ Paid digital advertisements

☐ Printed marketing and service portfolios

Any unchecked channel is not authorized. No third party receives an independent right to reuse the media except vendors acting for Neat N Tidy to produce or place an approved advertisement.

4. People, voices, testimonials, and identifying details

This release is property-only. It does not authorize use of any recognizable person’s name, voice, face, body, testimonial, endorsement, or other likeness. Neat N Tidy will make reasonable efforts to exclude or obscure people, minors, family photographs, personal papers, screens, access codes, security-system information, license plates, street numbers, and other identifying or sensitive details. A separate written release from the depicted person, or from a parent or legal guardian for a minor, is required before any recognizable likeness is used.

5. License, editing, and compensation

For the selected media and channels, I grant Neat N Tidy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, crop, resize, color-correct, caption, display, distribute, and publish the media to advertise Neat N Tidy cleaning services. Editing may not materially misrepresent the condition of the property, create a false testimonial or endorsement, or add a recognizable person through artificial intelligence or other synthetic-media tools. No compensation is owed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

6. Duration and withdrawal

This permission continues until withdrawn. I may withdraw permission for future new uses by emailing [email protected] and identifying the property or media. Neat N Tidy will stop initiating new uses within a reasonable operational period. Withdrawal may not require recall of printed materials already distributed, removal of content already lawfully republished by others, or reversal of an advertisement that cannot reasonably be stopped. Mandatory rights under applicable law are preserved.

7. Signature

I have reviewed the selections above, understand that this release is optional, and give affirmative permission only for the checked media and channels.

Keep this release with the related booking record and approved media. Do not publish media unless the customer, property, selections, signature or equivalent affirmative action, timestamp, and approved channels can be read back.
